1. Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
Timeframe: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery (except final sale items).
Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof Required: For defective items or shipping damage, please provide clear photo/video evidence.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
Item is worn, damaged or altered (not quality related).
Product is custom made, personalized or part of a special promotion (unless defective).
Original packaging/tags are missing or removed.

3. Return Process
Step 1: Email support@sportor.shop within 30 days with:

Order Number

Reason for return

Photos (if applicable)
Step 2: We will respond within 1-2 business days with:

Return approved/rejected

Return address and packing instructions
Step 3: Ship item back with tracking information within 15 days of approval.

4. Return Shipping
Free Returns: We will cover the cost if the return reason is:

Wrong/damaged item received

Defective product
Customer paid return: for size exchange or change of mind.

5. Restocking Fee
No fees for approved returns.

6. Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds will be made within 10 business days after inspection.
Method: Refund to original payment method.
Bank Delays: It may take 5-15 business days to be reflected. Please contact us if delays occur.

7. Order Cancellation
24-Hour Window: Free cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
How to cancel: Email support@sportor.shop and include your order number.
Orders shipped: Cannot be cancelled, but can be returned upon delivery.
